Hi, I'm Elmar
I build clean, scalable web and mobile apps with a focus on practical design and SEO. I handle full-stack work from frontends to backends, infrastructure and design systems. I do also take care of end-to-end deployments when needed. While having experienced these areas, I mainly focus on front-end development. Naturally curious, I enjoy checking out new tech and solving problems.

I mostly work on internal company apps, so full code isn't shareable. Below are project overviews with my role, app description and tech stack. Images use Figma mockups with placeholder data to protect real company info but, they do reflect the actual UI.
A cross-platform finance app enabling users to purchase products through flexible installment plans with fully digital management of contracts, payments, and obligations. Check it out on App and Google store's.
A cross-platform B2B application designed for organizations to streamline financial management and sales processes. It allows businesses to manage branches and vendors, create and track commitment contracts for customers, and monitor financial obligations in real-time.
FC Operations (Internal)
Internal web platform enabling real-time monitoring and management of factoring operations between partners and clients, built with an emphasis on workflow efficiency, clarity, and reliability.
Meeting Point
Room-booking platform with end-to-end flows: pick rooms inside buildings, view available dates/hours on a large calendar, configure repeatable bookings, select room items, import guest lists, handle payments, and manage everything via an admin dashboard.
DIgital Student / Employee Monitoring System
Comprehensive monitoring platform for schools and employees, featuring region and class management, face-recognition door integration, and real-time tracking of entry/exit times, hours spent, and attendance stats, with admin panel and monitoring dashboard.
ButtonList
A playful UI experiment featuring a collection of button styles, hover states, and interactive behaviors - basically a mini design system testbed. Never released.

Implemented a file-based CMS for adding new blog articles with dynamic meta tags and other SEO elements, handled advanced image optimization and gained valuable experience navigating Russian hosting providers, domain registrars and payment systems under sanctions-related limitations that differ significantly from global platforms.
